Research Grants
In the hope of improving the status of women's health, important unbiased research is needed to examine the issues, illnesses and diseases most prevalent to women. The Foundation for Female Health Awareness has been established to support new and existing research projects in women's health. Grants will be awarded on an annual basis for projects focused on improving women’s health.

Cleveland Clinic Foundation
FFHA has provided The Cleveland Clinic Foundation a grant for over $500,000.00 to support the Security Trial. This is a randomized trial comparing two different types of suburethral slings for the surgical treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women. Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
FFHA is funding a unique trial on the benefits of pelvic floor physical therapy after pelvic reconstructive surgery. This trial is being conducted by local urogynecologist, Dr. Rachel Pauls and pelvic floor physical therapist, Kathleen Novicki.
